Fort Lupton, Colo., resident Jesse Ellsworth was able to light the water coming out of his kitchen tap on fire. Now he and at least 28 other residents in small farming communities northeast of Denver who fear they have gas in their water have turned to the energy companies and the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission for answers.
