The House just rejected the $700 billion bailout plan, but it's not the only bailout in town. On Saturday, the U.S. Senate approved a $25 billion direct loan program for the auto industry. If President Bush signs the measure, and he is expected to do so, it will be the fourth bailout this year. We've updated our chart accordingly.
