Introducing the ProPublica Podcast
Today, we’re trying something new, the ProPublica Podcast. It will be a weekly program, where our reporters will talk about what they went through to get the story, and we’ll talk about the issues involved to give you a better understanding of why it’s important. It will be hosted by yours truly.
Our first podcast features A. C. Thompson talking about the New Orleans Police Department shooting series (for which he and our partners are finalists for the Goldsmith Awards). The second show has Joaquin Sapien and Sabrina Shankman talking about how states will deal with disposing of wastewater from natural gas drilling.
Come back each week to check it out or download it directly from iTunes. And if you have questions about the show or something you’d like us to ask a reporter about, send us a note at podcast@propublica.org .
