benderbending/Flickr; Krista Kjellman/ProPublicaThis is the latest roundup from our stimulus blog.

It's a slow day for stimulus news, but here are the headlines after some digging: The Environmental Protection Agency announced yesterday that each state will receive $1.73 million to reduce diesel emissions from trucks, government vehicles and school buses. Customs and Border Protection announced $420 million for 43 ports of entry. And the Government Accountability Office is gearing up to audit the stimulus.

This morning, Vice President Joe Biden will hold a stimulus cabinet meeting.

Project of the day: The Energy Department's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory is seeking bids for "X-Polarization Radars."
