Earlier today, Vice President Biden gave a speech at the Brookings Institution touting the success the stimulus program has had in reviving the U.S. economy. When CNN decided to take a closer look at some of the claims the vice president made, they called on ProPublica stimulus reporter Michael Grabell to help them.
