ProPublica Wins 2 National Headliner Awards

The Press Club of Atlantic City has announced that two ProPublica projects were winners in its 81st National Headliner Awards for website writing.

First place went to “Losing Ground,” a multimedia presentation of coastal loss in Louisiana by Al Shaw and Brian Jacobs of ProPublica and Bob Marshall of The Lens.

Nikole Hannah-Jones, Jeff Larson and Amanda Zamora won third place for“Segregation Now: Investigating America's Racial Divide,” an interactive examination of segregation in schools.
