Transcript: Investigating Child Death Cases

ProPublica, FRONTLINE and NPR released their joint investigation today on nearly two dozen cases in which people were accused of killing children based on flawed forensic opinions and then later cleared. Many served years in prison or even had their surviving children taken away before being exonerated. On Wednesday, June 29, all three news outlets are hosting a live chat with the reporters involved in the story: A.C. Thompson, ProPublica; Catherine Upin, FRONTLINE; and Joe Shapiro, NPR.
