Paul Kiel Talks About the Loan Modification Program

We sat down with ProPublica reporter Paul Kiel to find out why the approval process is taking so long for so many Americans. We also spoke with one of the homeowners Kiel has reported on, Deb Franklin, who shares her experience of trying to obtain a loan mod.
