How States Stack Up on Weatherization Funds

Under the stimulus package for the nation’s low-income weatherization program, the coldest receive $3 per eligible person for every $1 going to the warmer states. Check out North Dakota's $138.27 in weatherization funds per eligible person compared to Arizona's $27.78.
