Map: Nursing Homes and Hospitals Where Dr. Michael Reinstein Sees Patients

State Medicaid authorities report that Dr. Michael Reinstein prescribed to 4,300 patients last year and rendered direct care to more than 2,300. Reinstein disputes state data, but responded to ProPublica and the Chicago Tribune's questions about where he attends to his patients. He provided a list of nursing homes and hospitals at which he is director of psychiatry – 13 nursing homes and two hospitals – as well as five more facilities where he admits or sees patients.
