Voters Missing 2nd Page of Ballot at Some Chicago Polling Places

Voters in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs were not able to able to turn in complete ballots after volunteers at polling places forgot to hand out a second page before entering the voting booth, the Chicago Patch reported. The information came via Electionland's tip line.
