ProPublica Named Finalist for Three ONA Awards

The Online News Association has named ProPublica a finalist for three of its Online Journalism Awards, which honor excellence in digital storytelling and distribution:

Losing Ground, a collaboration with The Lens, is a finalist for public service.
Insult to Injury, our series on workers' comp with NPR, is a finalist for the Al Neuharth Innovation in Investigative Journalism Award.
And ProPublica's site is a finalist for general excellence in online journalism.

In ProPublica's seven years of publishing, we have been named a finalist for general excellence six times – winning the title three times.

You an see a full list of finalists here. The winners will be announced at the 2015 ONA Conference and Online Journalism Awards Banquet on Sept. 26 in Los Angeles.
