VIDEO: Kim Barker on AC360 for the BP Spill Anniversary

ProPublica reporter Kim Barker was a guest on CNN’s AC360 last night to share her expertise on the BP clean-up efforts and claims process on the eve of the infamous oil spill’s anniversary.

Barker was joined by Billy Nungesser, the Plaquemines Parish President, and Mike Magner, the managing editor of the National Journal.
