The Government Accountability Office plans to release a financial report on the Iraqi government's budget. The GAO recently released reports on Iraq reconstruction progress (PDF) and oversight (PDF).

1:45 p.m. -- The American Enterprise Institute hosts a forum called "The Collapse of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Doha Round Trade Talks: Implications and Future Options."
