Education App “How To” Conference Call Today at 3 p.m.

Later today, ProPublica will host a conference call to offer tips on how you can localize our “Opportunity Gap” education project. Reporter Sharona Coutts, director of computer-assisted reporting Jennifer LaFleur and news application developer Al Shaw will explain how we put the project together and offer tips you can use to make this information pertinent to your community.

If you would like to join the call, sign up here to register and we will send you the call-in information an hour before the call starts. If you’re near a computer, please be sure to follow online so that they can walk you through all of the different aspects of the app. And if you have any specific questions that you would like us to answer, email them to [email protected] now or ask them during the call.

The call is scheduled to last an hour, but we will do our best to cover everything.
