What I Do
I help make sure that our audience finds our stories readable and clear by fixing grammar, spelling, style and punctuation issues, by recommending changes to improve the flow of text, and by asking questions about anything that feels confusing.
My Background
I started copy editing at my college’s student newspaper and have been doing it ever since. Before coming to ProPublica in 2021, I worked in a wide variety of media, including community newspapers, tech magazines, and sports and data journalism websites.
