Despite having registered in early October with NYS DMV, ahead of the deadline, and receiving a voter registration confirmation in the mail from Board of elections, my name was no where to be found in the books when I showed up to vote. I had to sign an affadavit, and write in my ballot. Not a lot of confidence that ballot will be counted especially with the consolidation of polling stations in NYC.
