Tonight, PBS stations across the country will air the broadcast premiere of “Law & Disorder.” The program investigates charges that New Orleans police officers inappropriately used lethal force against local citizens and then covered up their actions. And it ties into today’s report about an order that circulated that gave officers authorization to shoot looters.
The show is the result of a year-long, ongoing collaboration between reporters for Frontline, ProPublica and the New Orleans Times-Picayune. Previews of the program can be seen on the Frontline website. Click here to find out where and when the show airs in your local market.
