Who’s Lobbying Who on the Stimulus

Two months ago, President Obama issued a memo requiring federal agencies handling stimulus cash to document every interaction with a registered lobbyist and to make the reports public — but it didn’t say they have to be easy to find.
But that’s why we’re here. We’ve brought every disclosure form we could find together in one place for your perusing pleasure.
Note: Some agencies are missing because they haven’t posted disclosures online yet (Ahem, Homeland Security). And if the total number of disclosures, about 100, seems small to you, it did to us too, given that we found more than 2,500 filings for first-quarter stimulus lobbying.
