What I Do
I’m a talent associate at ProPublica, where I work closely with teams across the organization to manage hiring processes, facilitate onboarding and contribute to professional development initiatives. I handle interview logistics, communicate with candidates and partner with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment experience. I also manage our hiring platform and lead trainings to keep teams aligned and up to date on its features and updates. Outside of recruitment, I support departmentwide efforts such as tracking staff development and overseeing flagship projects like the Editor Training Program and the Emerging Reporters Series.
My Background
Before joining ProPublica, I was a marketing fellow at the New York Theatre Workshop, where I focused on community engagement and helped shape the organization’s brand voice. I hold a bachelor’s in English literature and political science with a minor in sociology from Baruch College (part of the City University of New York system). I’m based in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, and in my free time I like to read manga, watch anime and study Japanese.
