What I Do
As the assistant director of prospect management and research, I develop and implement structured processes to support and sustain ProPublica’s major gifts pipeline. I collaborate closely with the Development team on prospect analysis, portfolio management and refining internal workflows, including monitoring key metrics. My work also involves conducting donor research to facilitate meaningful relationship-building efforts.
My Background
I am an experienced prospect management and research professional with a proven history of supporting medium to large international NGOs. I specialize in developing qualification systems and conducting both domestic and international donor research to inform and guide fundraising strategies that drive meaningful impact. Most recently, I spent over seven years at the African Wildlife Foundation, where I built and led the prospect research team to provide critical support for its external affairs department.
I hold a B.S. in psychology from Old Dominion University and am based in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
