Stacy Abramson was a contributing engagement editor.

Stacy is a Peabody-award winning journalist who has long been working at the intersection of media and community engagement. As a founding producer of Sound Portraits Productions (the predecessor to Storycorps) she worked with Dave Isay on documentaries.

At WNYC, she ran the Radio Rookies program. At Facing History and Ourselves, she partnered with the Mozilla Foundation and Hive to launch a cool project called âNeighborhood to Neighborhoodâ that used emerging technologies to help high schoolers create and share stories.

She was also a founding advisory board member of The Moth and currently sits on the advisory board of the Uni Project. Most recently, she was an editor at Medium.
