Shoshana Gordon

Story Production Fellow, Local Reporting Network

Shoshana Gordon is a story production fellow at ProPublica, where she assists with art direction, photo editing, illustration and shepherding stories through the digital publishing process. She collaborates with reporters, editors, and other teams across ProPublica and partner newsrooms to create visually compelling stories. She has created original illustrations for ProPublica Illinois, Local Reporting Network and national investigations. Under Agnes Chang’s direction, she led production for the Anchorage Daily News’ and ProPublica’s joint investigation, Unheard, a photo essay chronicling the aftermath of sexual assault for Alaskan survivors. Prior to working at ProPublica, she worked as a graphic designer, art director and illustrator for Paper Monuments, a public art and history project in New Orleans.
